About Me

For several generations in my family, a series of recipes for desserts and pastries have been shared. Throughout my career as a manager in restaurants I have developed an immense taste for pastries and good cooking, with more than 20 years of experience in Gourmet cooking is my personal desire and it is my pleasure to develop the most exquisite desserts from my repertoire of recipes for others and to be part of their most special moments, reflecting my effort and dedication in each of my desserts. I love seeing the children smile while They enjoy their birthday snacks as well as adults accompany a good time with one of my cake recipes, I am delighted to serve each of you and I hope to be able to do so for a long time.

My Story 2010

From a very young age, I had the dream of having my own business and being able to do what I love the most, being a well-known pastry chef, being able to make many people happy when they receive their dream and perfect cake, the fact of being able to print my creativity and with my hands mold the best dessert for that special occasion, but I didn’t have a chance, however I continued working on my dream and I was perfecting each of my recipes, making a lot of cakes for friends or family waiting for an opportunity to achieve this goal and create my own brand of bakery shops.

Now 2024

After much waiting in the year 2020 I had the opportunity to start my own business, even though I could not invest time and attention as I wanted to not neglect my full-time job, I have been improving, and my business has grown inch by inch thanks to a lot of effort, dedication, and sleeplessness, now I have my brand as I dreamed of since I was a little girl and I can enjoy the pleasure of doing what I enjoy the most, baking cakes and desserts to accompany any of your occasions.

How I work

I work with the highest quality ingredients, every time I prepare to make one of my recipes I do it with all the care and love that I have for my work, I only use the necessary ingredients and I work respecting the health protocols and I do it thinking in the well-being of my consumers.
